Crawlspace Radon Mitigation Crawlspaces are one of the most common entry points for radon gas. Because they sit directly on exposed soil or gravel, radon can easily rise into your home and accumulate to dangerous levels. Our crawlspace mitigation systems are designed to seal and control the air beneath your home, preventing radon from entering your living space. We install a durable vapor barrier (10 mil or higher) across the entire crawlspace floor and up the foundation walls, creating an airtight seal. All seams, edges, and penetrations are carefully secured to ensure long-term performance. A specialized venting system is then installed to safely draw radon gas from beneath the barrier and exhaust it outside, away from your home. This creates negative pressure below the membrane, stopping radon at the source. Every system is custom designed for your home’s layout, including considerations for pillars, tight spaces, and airflow, ensuring maximum effectiveness and durability.
